Who is responsible for your data

Data we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp, fill out the form on this site or hire a service, we may collect:
- Name
- Phone or WhatsApp
- Your company or brand name
- The information you share with us about your project
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
How we use your data
Necessary purposes:
- Replying to your messages and information requests
- Preparing quotes and proposals
- Providing and following up on the services you hire
- Invoicing and complying with legal obligations
We do not use your data to send you advertising or promotions by email or WhatsApp.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with providers that help us operate (for example, email, hosting or invoicing services), under a confidentiality obligation, or when required by a competent authority.
Where we keep your data and for how long
Messages you send us on WhatsApp or through the site form arrive at the We Find Up WhatsApp account, and emails at aaron@wefindup.com. If you hire a service, your contact and billing details are kept in our client records.
We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request or provide the service, and afterward for as long as applicable tax and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete it sooner by exercising your ARCO rights.
Your ARCO rights
You have the right to Access your data, Rectify it, Cancel it or Object to its use (known in Mexico as ARCO rights), as well as to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, email aaron@wefindup.com with your name, the right you want to exercise and a way to contact you. We’ll respond within 20 business days at most.
Cookies and analytics tools
This site does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising pixels, and fonts are served from our own server. If we add any of these tools in the future, we’ll say so in this section and, where applicable, ask for your consent.

We may update this privacy notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
